主張恢復老人健保補助 盧秀燕：我要減輕市民負擔
【綜合報導】台中市長候選人盧秀燕今日偕同台中市議會國民黨團議員共同召開記者會，正式推出第一波市長政見CF，主要針對「盧秀燕主張恢復老人健保補助」來對台中市民做訴求，盧秀燕表示，她跟林佳龍不一樣，她要想辦法減輕市民的負擔，讓長輩放心，給青年安心。
盧秀燕推出的第一波市長政見CF內文：「林市長擔任市長三年多以來，舉債六百多億，卻輕易的取消了一、二十億的老人健保補助；台中市政府不補助的話，就要由他的子女來經濟負擔，台北市、新北市、桃園市、高雄市都有老人健保補助，盧秀燕若當選市長，一定恢復65歲以上的老人健保補助，減輕我們年輕一代的經濟負擔。」
盧秀燕表示，胡志強103年執政時期，台中市平均每位市民負債新台幣1.8萬元為當時五都最低；但林佳龍執政後，舉債節節升高，審計處糾舉台中公債未償餘額高達近1200億，財政評比六都最後，目前台中市平均每位市民負債新台幣3.2萬元，跟103年相較起來，每位市民多出負債1.4萬元。盧秀燕說，舉審計部決算報告來說，縣市合併後胡志強100-103年的四年執政，實際舉債120億4600萬餘元；但林佳龍104-106年的三年執政，實際舉債竟高達354億3800萬餘元，林佳龍執政三年的實際舉債金額幾乎是胡志強執政四年的3倍，其三年多的預算舉債更是高達600多億，舉債這麼多，還刪除老人健保補助，大家都在問：「人民納稅錢到底都花去哪裡了？」
盧秀燕說，老人健保補助每年經費約12億元，每月補助健保費自付額749元，受惠人數近16萬人，這不僅是老人長照的議題、也是家庭經濟的問題，更攸關年輕人負擔的面向，老人健保補助不只是長輩的福利，更是全台中市民共同關心和期盼恢復的政策；盧秀燕表示，林佳龍曾說「老人從65歲到100歲才繳35萬元，難道繳不起嗎？」足見其無法苦民所苦，又操作成世代對立，不解人民的困頓，令人遺憾。
盧秀燕說，林佳龍逕自刪除老人健保先前的補助條件，廣大長輩不再受惠，另外五個直轄市都要做老人健保補助，只有林佳龍主政的台中市不做，年輕人普遍低薪，長輩不忍開口讓孩子代繳健保費，盧秀燕傾聽市民心聲，她跟林佳龍不一樣，她未來將恢復65歲以上老人健保補助，讓長輩安心，給青年放心，減輕市民的負擔，盧秀燕說，請林佳龍市長迷途知返，跟進她的政見，這點請林佳龍必須要跟市民交代。
盧秀燕也提及台中市登革熱疫情蔓延相當嚴重，她提醒林佳龍好好面對疫情的問題，不要只顧選舉忘了市民的健康，輕忽防疫工作的重要性！市民的智慧會檢驗這位市長的優劣，市民也會認清這位市長有沒有真正關心台中人。
